Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Leader (AVP/VP/Partner) located in Bengaluru at Purple Quarter. The role involves developing and executing business development strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end business development cycle as an IC, with a strong focus on client acquisition
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and other outbound prospecting strategies
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, Founders, and senior stakeholders in tech product companies
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies to effectively engage potential clients and communicate Purple Quarter’s value proposition
  • Work closely with the internal Search, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align business opportunities with execution capabilities
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently converting prospects into long-term clients
  • Track outreach effectiveness, update CRM systems, and report weekly/monthly pipeline status
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions to align BD goals with company growth objectives

Qualifications
- 8+ years of Proven experience in SAAS Sales is mandatory
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Experience in the Search or Consulting industry is a plus
- Master's degree in Business Administration from a reputed institute is preferred
